Printhead Technology
The HP Color print modules – C250, C500, and C800 – utilize HP’s thermal TIJ 4.0 printhead technology and deliver outstanding print quality. The modules feature an integrated printhead service station for automatic capping, cleaning, and wiping of the printheads.
This automated maintenance routine is fully controlled through the software, ensuring maximum ease of use, minimal downtime, and short setup times.
Scalable for Every Application
Depending on your production and application requirements, multiple HP Color print modules can be combined to increase the print width. Three different versions are available, supporting print speeds up to 244 meters per minute.
Easy to Use
When a printhead needs replacement, the process can be performed quickly and easily by the operator. The system includes an external ink supply system based on cartridges.
Each color is supported by two redundant cartridges, allowing cartridge replacement during production without downtime. For larger configurations with multiple HP Color print modules, DJM has also developed a bulk ink system that supplies ink directly from containers for maximum cost efficiency.
