Eureka
EUREKA
The new standard in inkjet printing and integration
Eureka combines a scalable design with flexible print width and color options, making it suitable for both standalone and integrated applications.
Powered by the HP TIJ 4.0-HD printhead, it delivers sharp 1.200 dpi print quality, high reliability and reduced maintenance thanks to advanced nozzle technology.
Eureka can be configured to match your needs, offering the right balance between quality and speed.

Scalable print width for every application
Eureka is designed to match your production needs, from compact mobile modules to fully integrated print bars.
The 108 and 216 mm modules offer flexibility for smaller or mobile setups, while the print bar can be extended in 108 mm steps to 1.080 mm and beyond.
Thanks to the precision-fit system, printheads can be replaced without realignment, ensuring consistent performance and minimal downtime.
The benefits of Eureka
Fast & Easy Setup
Extended ink open times reduce preparation delays, enabling rapid production starts and minimized waste
User-Friendly Maintenance
Replace printheads and ink cartridges in minutes without tools.
Scalable & Flexible
Customizable print widths and configurations to fit your application.
Perfect for integration
With its compact design and horizontal or vertical print capability, Eureka fits easily into almost any production line.
Minimal installation space and flexible mounting options allow modules to be moved between lines, maximizing your investment.

Prints both vertically and horizontally
Minimized maintenance and operator involvement
Micro-recirculation technology keeps ink continuously in motion inside the printhead, preventing clogging and drying.
This reduces cleaning frequency, minimizes downtime and ensures consistent print quality, resulting in a more efficient and low-maintenance printing process.

Micro-recirculation
Simplicity
Replacing printheads and ink cartridges takes no more than a few minutes and is performed without tools.
Technical knowledge is not required, allowing anyone to perform maintenance effortlessly, ensuring consistent performance, minimal downtime, and maximum efficiency.
Single or double color capabilities
The printhead features two independent nozzle rows, each with its own ink supply.
This allows printing in a single color with redundancy or in two colors at reduced speed.
With this setup, Eureka can achieve full color (CMYK) using only two printheads, optimizing cost efficiency.

Double ink inklet
For any print volume the right ink supply systems
Whether your print requirement is limited with a low volume, or you print full width in continuous production, there is always an ink system that ensures system uptime and cost efficiency.
Eureka offers a range of ink supply options, from compact cartridge-based systems to bulk ink solutions, suited for any application.

The IDS-1CR system is equipped with two 775 ml cartridges of the same color and automatically switches when one runs empty, enabling uninterrupted production. For full color (CMYK) printing, four units are required.

The bulk ink supply system is designed for high-volume printing applications. The IDS bulk uses larger ink containers of up to 20 liter and has an integrated buffer and supports long, uninterrupted print runs. The IDS bulk can supply ink to multiple print modules.
OctiPus by DJM – Industrial RIP and Software Controller
OctiPus is a modular, high-performance print and control solution for industrial environments where reliability and data integrity are critical.
It enables accurate, fully synchronized variable data printing, with on-the-fly ripping for immediate output and efficient reuse of print data. Powered by DJM’s in-house electronics and algorithms, OctiPus delivers consistent and precise results.
Fully integrated with DJM printers, it maximizes overall system performance and efficiency.
The benefits of OctiPus Software Controller
OctiPus is a scalable, software-based RIP and control solution that processes print data on-the-fly, eliminating the need for pre-processing and easily adapting to different application requirements.
It ensures full data integrity by preventing duplicate or out-of-sequence printing, guaranteeing that every item is printed correctly and only once, with secure and traceable workflows.
A built-in layout designer supports flexible variable data printing, including PDF and CSV-based designs with an integrated barcode library.
OctiPus seamlessly integrates printers, cameras, PLCs and production equipment, enabling real-time control of printing, inspection and transport systems with automated start, stop and error handling for smooth operation.
Wide variety of applications
Eureka is designed for flexibility and adapts to a wide range of printing tasks with reliable performance and precision.
It enables direct printing on packaging with late-stage information such as logos, SKU numbers and handling instructions, helping reduce label costs and improve recyclability. Shipping information can also be added for more efficient processes.
For supply chain optimization, QR codes can be printed to improve product traceability and provide consumers with additional product information.
Eureka also supports high-quality mailing and addressing applications, helping improve campaign performance with accurate print results and imagery.
For e-commerce and logistics, it enhances paper mailers, padded mailers and shopping bags with branded printing and 1D and 2D codes for tracking and efficiency.
It also enables efficient numbering and coding for tickets, lottery documents and tax labels.
Add-ons for maximum production efficiency
OctiPus add-ons extend system capabilities for advanced production environments.
They enable precise full-color printing with ICC profile support and Delta E-based color consistency, flexible control of multiple printer technologies (including third-party devices), efficient job queue management, and seamless integration with external systems for automated, data-driven printing.
Integration with third parties add-on
OctiPus connects printing with third-party systems and line-level hardware, turning the printer into part of a fully coordinated production line.
This results in fewer manual interventions, reduced risk of errors, improved line visibility, and smoother interaction between printing, inspection and machine control.
By ensuring the right data is printed at the right moment, OctiPus supports a more automated, reliable workflow and maximizes throughput in high-volume environments.
