The Eureka print module technology uses the latest thermal  printhead TIJ4.0-HD from HP. The printhead is characterized by the high nozzle count for high resolution (of 1.200 dpi per slot), nozzle redundancy, combined with HP’s patented micro-recirculation technology, ensuring long nozzle open time and long cleaning intervals.

The Eureka print module can be used for a wide range of applications. Depending on the for the application required print resolution, print speeds of up to 180 meters per minute are possible.

Scalability

The print width of the Eureka print module is configured to the desired application requirements, and can be configured with one or more printheads to create the ideal printing width. The printhead has two slots, allowing it to print with two colors with just one printhead, or full color with just two.

The printheads of the Eureka system have been developed to print both vertically and horizontally. Combined with the compact dimensions of the print module, there is always a mounting position to be found. This flexibility rightly makes it a dream for every integrator.

User-friendly

The Eureka system is very easy to use. The system is equipped with an external cartridge-based ink supply system with two cartridges per color and allows long continuous production runs. The ink cartridge and printhead van be replaced in minutes without tools and makes the system very operator friendly.
