The IPAS425i inkjet printing system is using the successful thermal inkjet technology from HP. This technology is well known for its high print image quality, high operating speeds, easiness and cost effectiveness.
With a maximum print swath of 4,25 inch (108 mm), one single IPAS425i system is often sufficient to print a various of applications. If a wider print area is required the system can be expanded with additional inkjet printing systems.
One of the biggest advantages of the IPAS425i system is the automated servicing station. This comprehensive servicing station controls an automated cleaning cycle (capping and cleaning) of the printheads ensuring high print quality and minimizes down-time at all times.
The IPAS425i system is equipped with an external ink supply system with two bulk ink cartridges of 775 ml each. When one runs empty the system switches over automatically to the second, enabling long continuous production runs.
